William Wehmer and Emma Tracy visited a facility two hours from Springfield that prides itself on its comprehensive approach to screening and teaching teachers the proper way to use a handgun.  While we could not reveal who the teachers are, the plan is for them to conceal and carry on campus someday.  We talked to the man in charge of the training, and then got reaction from faculty members at Hillcrest about the idea of arming teachers.
